Wayne Hoban

Wayne Hoban is Radiology Services Manager at a hospital in Worthing, West Sussex, UK. He previously held the post of Deputy Radiology Services Manager at the Royal Free Hospital in North London.
As a founder member of the Association of Forensic Radiographers, he has developed significant expertise in all aspects of forensic radiography. His experience has been gained principally with the United Nations ICTY project following the Balkans conflict, and through membership of the UK Forensic Radiography Response Team (UKFRRT), where he was a team leader with responsibilty for servicing the temporary mortuaries established following both the Tsunami disaster and London bombings.
Wayne served as an elected member of the Society and College of Radiographers Council from 1988-91, and was also a local Councillor in Haringey, North London from 2002-2008, holding the post of Council Group Deputy Leader from 2003-2007. He was appointed as a Health Professions Council Partner in 2005. In 2007 he became an Inforce Trustee.
