Genocide Watch
Genocide Watch was founded in 1998 in order to co-ordinate the International Campaign to End Genocide, which was launched by ten organisations at the Hague Appeal for Peace in May 1999. Genocide Watch maintains a web-site where it posts monthly news monitors of early warning signs of genocide, politicide, and mass violence. It also issues Genocide Alerts when situations have reached the stage of preparation for mass killing. It forms crisis groups to co-ordinate lobbying of governments and international organisations to prevent and stop genocide, politicide, and other forms of mass murder. The Genocide Watch web-site is www.genocidewatch.org.
