News and press interest – 22nd November 2003

A staunch supporter of Inforce journalist and war correspondent Fergal Keane has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Bournemouth University. In a ceremony at the Bournemouth International Centre, on 12th November 2003, a citation was given by Professor Margaret Cox, highlighting the bravery and truth of his reporting, the humour with which he sees himself and the skill of his penmanship. We are proud to note his receipt of the Honorary Award of Doctor of Letters.
