This new one day practical workshop is aimed at radiographers with an interest in learning more about anthropology and osteology.
Radiographers already have advanced knowledge of image interpretation but putting this into the forensic context is generally unknown. This course will build on your radiographic skills; it will cover theoretical osteology, forensic anthropology, trauma and pathology with practical sessions on skeletal analysis. Groups are limited to 15 students to give maximum opportunity to participate in the practical elements of the course. The first course ran in November 2009.The next course is due to run in the spring of 2010.
